5. Amazon Seller Information and Amazon Services APIs
Selliseum provides Amazon marketplace management, advertising, analytics, reporting, and related services to authorized selling partners.
Amazon Information We Receive
When a selling partner authorizes Selliseum, we may retrieve information made available through Amazon Services APIs, including the Selling Partner API ("SP-API") and Amazon Ads APIs.
Depending on the services authorized and provided, this information may include sales and traffic data, product and catalog information, pricing, inventory and fulfillment information, account-performance information, financial data, Brand Analytics information, and advertising campaign and performance data.
Selliseum does not require buyer personally identifiable information or restricted SP-API roles for the services described on this website.

AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by Selliseum staff before they are used in client recommendations or account-management decisions.
Seller Authorization and Data Isolation
Selling partners authorize Selliseum through applicable Amazon authorization processes.
Access to Amazon Information is restricted according to legitimate business responsibilities and service requirements. Seller information is logically separated so that one selling partner does not receive access to another selling partner's Amazon Information.
A selling partner may revoke Selliseum's authorization through applicable Amazon account controls.
Storage and Security
Selliseum uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Amazon Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
These safeguards include encrypted transmission, access controls, multi-factor authentication, network security controls, monitoring and threat detection, encrypted credential storage, restricted database and application access, secure backups, and incident-response procedures.
Credentials, access tokens, encryption keys, and other sensitive authentication information are not stored in public repositories or hard-coded into application source code.
Service Providers
Selliseum may use service providers that process information solely as necessary to operate Selliseum's authorized services. These providers currently include:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting, compute, networking, databases, storage, backup, logging, monitoring, and security infrastructure.
OpenAI for AI inference applied to scoped, non-PII seller information and derived performance metrics for analytical insights and recommendations.
Google for Google Workspace, Drive, Sheets, and Looker Studio services used for seller-specific analysis, reporting, communication, and visualization.
Selliseum does not sell Amazon Information, provide one selling partner's information to another selling partner, or disclose Amazon Information to third parties for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, or other independent purposes.
Retention and Deletion of Amazon Information
Selliseum retains Amazon Information only for as long as necessary to provide authorized services, meet legitimate business or legal obligations, and comply with applicable Amazon requirements.
When services end or authorization is revoked, Selliseum stops retrieving new Amazon Information for that seller and initiates its offboarding and data-deletion procedures.
Information in active systems is deleted or de-identified in accordance with applicable contractual, legal, and Amazon data-retention requirements. Backup copies expire according to Selliseum's documented backup and retention schedules and are not used to resume services for an offboarded selling partner without renewed authorization.
Selling partners may contact Selliseum to request deletion of information where applicable.
Security Incidents
Selliseum maintains an incident-response process for suspected or confirmed security incidents involving Amazon Information.
Security incidents involving Amazon Information are handled in accordance with applicable Amazon security and notification requirements.
