Island Harvest: From Amazon Launch to a $645,000 Sales Channel

Amazon FBA launch and PPC management | $645,268.50 in 2025 ordered product sales

For an established brand, launching on Amazon is only the beginning. The channel also needs ongoing attention as shoppers discover the products and the business grows. Island Harvest, a family-owned organic macadamia nut company in Hawaii, needed to bring its first consumer brand to Amazon and develop that new sales channel.

The engagement

Jamie LeBlanc led Island Harvest’s Amazon FBA brand and product launch in February 2022, followed by PPC sales growth management. The work connected the launch with continuing Amazon advertising management as the brand built its marketplace presence.

The first year established a measurable starting point: $162,484.40 in revenue and 8,491 units sold during 2022. In 2023, revenue reached $369,504.88 and units sold reached 19,015. That represented 127.41% revenue growth over the previous calendar year.

A channel that continued to grow

By the end of 2025, Amazon ordered product sales reached $645,268.50. From January 1 through November 2, 2026, ordered product sales totaled $590,526.25. Amazon’s year-to-date comparison reported sales 15.53% above the comparable prior-year period.

Reading advertising performance in context

The 2026 year-to-date advertising screenshot records $33,383.39 in ad spend. Dividing that spend by the $590,526.25 in total ordered product sales gives a total advertising cost of sales, or TACoS, of 5.65%.

The owner-confirmed 2025 TACoS baseline is 8.8% for the full calendar year. These figures cover different reporting periods: January 1–November 2, 2026 versus all of 2025. They should not be read as a matched year-over-year efficiency comparison.

What this means for your brand

Island Harvest’s progression shows why a brand’s Amazon launch and its ongoing management belong in the same conversation. The case documents several years of channel development, with sales and advertising evidence that can be reviewed together.

Results reflect this client’s experience; the reports do not isolate the effect of any single activity. Revenue and unit figures for 2022–2023 were supplied by the client account manager; 2025 and 2026 figures are supported by the uploaded account reports.
